Conspiracy to arson and murder

A public enquiry into the role of undercover police was told yesterday that an undercover cop called Carlo Soracchi tried several times to incite people to firebomb a Catholic charity shop in London. Sad to say it wasn’t pointed out that if the arson attack had gone ahead then police officer Carlo Soracchi, who was working under the cover-name of Carlo Neri, would have been responsible for the likely murder of perhaps twenty young foreign language students who lived in accommodation in the same building as the charity shop. It was also part of a terraced row of buildings containing numerous other shops and flats.
