Catholic boxer plans to use proceeds of big bout to help the homeless
Catholic heavyweight champion boxer Tyson Fury plans to give his seven-figure pay day for Saturday’s drawn fight against Deontay Wilder to “the poor and to build homes for the homeless”.
“I’m going to give it to the poor and I’m going to build homes for the homeless,” said Fury …….. “I don’t really have much use for it, I’m not interested in becoming a millionaire or a billionaire ……. You can’t take it with you so I might as well do something with it and help out people who can’t help themselves.”
Speaking a few years ago he warned a degenerate world that “We live in an evil world, the devil is very strong at the minute, very strong, and I believe the end is near. The Bible tells me the end is near. The world tells me the end is near. Just a short few years, I reckon, away from being finished”.
“There are only three things that need to be accomplished before the devil comes home: one of them is homosexuality being legal in countries, one of them is abortion and the other one’s paedophilia. Who would have thought in the 50’s and 60’s that those first two would be legalised?”
“Going to Heaven is the most important thing a man or a woman could ever do, and being right with God is the most important thing in life.”
